MZ Unlimited LLC / Unlimited Studio ("Company", "we", "us") operates the AWF Contract Management Platform ("Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information.

Account Information — name, email address and password when you register.
Company Information — legal name, trade name, legal registration number, address and contact details.
Contract Data — content of contracts, documents, signatures, approval records and blockchain hashes created through the Platform.
Payment Information — billing details processed through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Usage Data — IP address, browser type, access times and pages visited, collected automatically through server logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate and maintain the Platform and its features.
To process contract signatures and register cryptographic hashes on the blockchain.
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To send transactional notifications (e.g. signature invitations, approval requests, account activation).
To respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

Contract Parties — when you invite others to a contract, they can see the contract content and your name/email as a party.
Service Providers — we use third-party services (payment processing, email delivery, blockchain registration) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
Legal Requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, court order or governmental request.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secured servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted password storage and access controls. Blockchain registrations are immutable by design and cannot be deleted once recorded.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and contract data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. audit trails, blockchain records). Blockchain-registered hashes are permanent and cannot be removed.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
Export your data in a portable format.
