Terms of Use

Welcome to the AWF Contract Management Platform ("Platform"), operated by MZ Unlimited LLC / Unlimited Studio ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

• User — any individual or entity that registers for or accesses the Platform.
• Contract — any document created, negotiated, approved or signed through the Platform.
• Party — any individual invited to approve or sign a Contract.
• Subscription — a paid plan that grants access to Platform features.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Use of the Platform

You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes related to contract management. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent or harmful activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Platform.

4. Digital Signatures and Blockchain

Contracts signed through the Platform generate cryptographic hashes (SHA3-256 and SHA3-512) that are registered on a blockchain service. While these records provide strong evidence of document integrity, legal enforceability of digital signatures may vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding electronic signatures.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to certain features requires a paid Subscription. Subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You may cancel your Subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, features and documentation, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create on the Platform. By using the Platform you grant us a limited license to store, process and display your content solely to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue or business opportunity.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to the Platform or other Users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered Users of material changes via email or an in-Platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
